Air Canada Expands Landline Service to Muskoka

Travelling to and from Muskoka is about to become easier and more convenient. Beginning June 15th, Air Canada will expand its Landline luxury motorcoach service to include Muskoka Airport (YQA), creating a seamless connection between Muskoka and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).

“Expanding Landline service to Muskoka Airport is an exciting step forward for the region,” said Maciej Habrych, Chief Executive Officer of Muskoka Airport Inc. “It provides residents and businesses with a convenient way to access Toronto Pearson and destinations around the world, while also making it easier for visitors to travel directly to Muskoka. Strengthening these connections helps support our local economy and reinforces the airport’s role as a key transportation hub for the region.”

The new service will operate two round-trips daily between Muskoka Airport and Toronto Pearson. Travelling on a single Air Canada itinerary, passengers will be strategically timed to connect with flights across Air Canada’s global network, allowing them to begin or end their journey in Muskoka with seamless booking, loyalty earning and full itinerary protection. Travellers will also benefit from free parking at Muskoka Airport until December 31, 2026, as an incentive to use this new service.

Passengers will travel on a premium motorcoach featuring spacious leather seats, power outlets, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The coaches are fully accessible, including a power lift for passengers using mobility aids.

“This new connection makes travelling to and from Muskoka easier for residents while also helping more visitors discover everything our region has to offer,” said Jeff Lehman, Chair of the District of Muskoka. “Muskoka Airport becoming a destination and origin on the Air Canada network through Landline is a big advantage for our community and our tourism economy.”

Air Canada customers beginning their journey in Muskoka will check in for their flight as usual, have their bags tagged, and receive boarding passes for all segments of their trip. At Muskoka Airport, passengers will board a luxury, Air Canada-branded motorcoach bound directly for Toronto Pearson.

Travellers will receive the same benefits as air-only itineraries, including boarding pass and baggage tag printing, disruption protection, and the opportunity to earn Aeroplan points.

Customers who already have an Air Canada booking for flights to or from Toronto Pearson can add the Muskoka Airport segment to their existing itinerary at no extra cost by calling Air Canada at 1-888-247-2262, provided they do so by April 30.
