OPP Constable Greg Pierzchala was killed in the line of duty last December. His brother and sister, Michal and Justyna, are holding a memorial run in his hometown of Barrie this weekend. The funds raised from the run will be used to establish a scholarship for a student at St. Joan of Arc Catholic High School, where Greg once attended.
The five-kilometre run will kick off at 1 p.m. on Saturday May 13th at Heritage Park in Barrie and travels along the waterfront.
