Emsdale Resident Turns 100 Years Old

Imagine being a witness to history since 1924!

705BLACKFLY.COM had the honour of attending the 100th birthday party of Emsdale resident, Dalton Marshall. A former electrician and plumber, Dalton still lives a full and active life – including hunting, carving, and chopping his wood. He even renewed his driver’s license last month!

We had a chance to chat with Dalton and he told us that although Emsdale has seen many changes, there’s nowhere else he’d rather be.

Please enjoy our video.

Our thanks to Dave Marshall for inviting us to Dalton’s birthday bash, and thank you to Leanne Fetterley for the use of her photographs.
