Fart Walking

Many of us enjoy putting our feet up and turning on the TV after dinner, but that can actually leave you feeling bloated and uncomfortable. Actress and home economist Mairlyn Smith has a solution. Welcome to the fart walk.

Thanks to TikTok and Instagram, Mairlyn’s fart walking videos have become a blast on social media. Not only is the concept giggle inducing, but studies also show that it does have health benefits including easing bloating and reducing the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by stabilizing your blood sugar levels.

Mairlyn is known as the ‘queen of fibre” and has published a number of award-winning cookbooks featuring tasty, fibre rich recipes. You can also find a number of recipes online at: https://linktr.ee/MairlynSmith

Her latest book, “Peace, Love & Fibre”, is packed with delicious recipes and her signature sense of humour. As an alumnus of the Second City Comedy Troupe, Mairlyn makes you laugh while tackling topics like Fibre 101 or How to Get an A+ on Your Colonoscopy. It’s available in bookstores or you can order it on Amazon.
