Armour Township Mayor Rod Ward and Parry Sound – Muskoka MPP Graydon Smith were on hand February 24th for the official reopening of the Katrine Community Centre after a major renovation. The event coincided with the 50th Annual Katrine Winter Carnival. The new community centre will be offering expanded events and programs. The Northern Ontario Heritage Fund provided over $170,000 for the project.
